Please be advised that our office represents various plaintiffs in a personal injury action. Pursuant to the applicable Freedom of nforrbationA ct, :we hereby request to review any and all records in your possession pertaining to the following premises, including, but not limited to, environmental complaints, violations, reports, investigations and conservation actions. We would like to review and inspect the documents and materials at one of your reading rooms prior to photocopying. Please so that we nlay schedule an appointment. Additionally, the enclosed pleadings should denlonstrate to you our affiliation with this matter. If this document is insufficient, please feel free to coiltact me at any time. This letter also confirms that our offices have authorized up to three thousand dollars ($3, 000.00) for payment of the associated search and reproduction costs. Finally, I would also like to request that our offices would appreciate the referenced search begin in 1952 and extend to the present. Please be advised also that this letter represents a second request, the original dated 5/21/02. This request follows per the instruction of Gigi Rarnrnling based on a phone conversation of 6/21/02. The original foil number for this matter was 2002-0278. However, the search undertaken was not as thoroughas we desired. We now request that all the corporations listed as defendants on the enclosed pleadings be searched on as well. Thank you for your courtesy and cooperation with regard to this matter.
